Women’s History Month at The Trestle Inn
Join us this March as we celebrate Women’s History Month at The Trestle Inn with a guest DJ lineup, a very special Happy Hour and a featured whiskey cocktail!
Guest DJs Lady Prowl, Monday Blue (Brooklyn), DJ Jem, DJ Fraulein, DJ Germanica and DJ Aura will spin all-vinyl sets at our Electric Hotpot, SOULed OUT and SATURNIA dance parties throughout the month.
Be sure to catch Trestle Special Go Go Dancer Butterfly Jones appearing as a Donna Summer-esque diva during “I’m Every Women Happy Hour,” celebrating The First Ladies of Disco. Trestle resident DJ Lola Kinks will present the music of seminal singers including Gloria Gaynor, Thelma Houston, Martha Wash and the Queen of Disco herself. Friday, March 15, 6 PM - 9 PM. No cover!
We’ve also teamed up with the women-owned distillery Uncle Nearest to create a special cocktail, Who’s That Lady?, supporting the nonprofit Women in Vinyl. Made with Uncle Nearest Whiskey, $2 from each cocktail will directly support WIV’s mission to empower women, female-identifying, non-binary, LGBTQ+, BIPOC and otherwise marginalized humans working to create, preserve and improve the art of music on vinyl.
